It was April, which means it time for Relentless Pursuit to take to the road again, our destination, south Texas, to film some wild hogs. This year was going to be a little different with our newest sponsor, Cold Steel, on board. The excitement was high when we had arrived at our first ranch and learned of a wild boar that had killed several of the local rancher’s dogs. One rancher had told us that in all his years he had never seen a wild boar in that area with tusks as large as ones on this old boar. I hurried out to several different feeders that I thought the beast might be hitting when I came across some of the largest tracks I had ever seen. I knew right away this is where I'd hunt. With my Cold Steel spear in hand, I felt the pressure of bringing this dog-killing beast to the ground. Just before dark he showed up for a bite of corn. I slowly waited for just the right moment to thrust the mighty Samburu Spear through the killer‘s vitals. Within moments the Samburu had met its mark and the mighty beast lay motionless. WHAT A RUSH!!!!
